All jewelry is carefully constructed to last for many years of wearing pleasure. If by chance something needs repair due to normal usage, Robin will make any necessary repairs free of charge.

2. Can the type of earring backs on a pair of earring be changed?

Yes, there are many styles of earring backs that can be selected, including non-pierced.

3. I can only wear 14k gold. What can be done if the piece or pieces I have selected are not made in 14k gold?

All components can be changed to 14k gold for an extra fee.
